The three structured programmes I offer - in leadership, team performance and business growth - are designed for leaders and organisations who want sustained, accountable development over a full year. But that's not always where people start.

1-to-1 Executive Coaching
For senior leaders, founders and professionals who want focused, confidential support, without a structured 12-month programme.
Flexible coaching engagements typically run over 6, 9 or 12 sessions, giving you the space and accountability to work through what matters most, at a pace that works for you. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, delivered online or in person, and scheduled around your commitments.
This isn't open-ended coaching with no clear direction. Every session has a purpose. Every conversation ends with clarity, direction and a next step. And the work is shaped entirely around your situation - your challenges, your goals, your world.
The kind of things leaders bring to these conversations:

A team that isn't performing the way it should.
A sense that something needs to change but a lack of clarity on what or how.

Team and Group Coaching
When the challenge is bigger than one person, when a leadership team is pulling in different directions, communication has broken down or the culture isn't supporting the strategy, team coaching is where the real change happens.
Team and group coaching is one of the fastest-growing areas of leadership development. Not because it's fashionable, but because organisations are realising that individual coaching alone doesn't fix collective problems. The team is a system. And like any system, it needs to be understood and worked with as a whole.
I work with leadership teams, cross-functional groups and cohorts of managers and professionals, helping them build shared direction, clearer accountability and the trust that makes high performance possible.
Engagements are flexible and tailored to the team's specific situation, delivered across multiple sessions online or in person, in formats that work around the organisation's schedule.
Diagnostic tools including CliftonStrengths® and Belbin® Team Roles can be incorporated to give the team a shared language and a clear picture of how they currently operate and how they could operate better.
Workshops and Diagnostic Tools
For organisations that want to invest in their people, or that want to experience the work before committing to a longer engagement, workshops offer a focused, high-impact starting point.
A well-designed workshop does something most training doesn't. It creates real insight - into how people think, how they lead, how they communicate and where the friction in a team actually comes from. That insight, applied well, changes behaviour. And changed behaviour changes results.
I offer two types of workshop, both available online and in person:
Skills-based leadership workshops. Interactive, practical sessions focused on the non-technical skills that determine how effectively leaders and teams actually perform - communication, influence, decision-making, accountability, handling difficult conversations and leading under pressure. Designed and tailored to the organisation's specific context, not delivered from a generic slide deck.
Diagnostic assessment workshops. Using CliftonStrengths®, Belbin® Team Roles and the Energy Leadership Index™ - sessions that give individuals and teams genuine, immediately applicable insight into how they lead, where their strengths lie and how they can work together more effectively. These can run as standalone sessions or be incorporated into broader team development work.
Many organisations start with a workshop. Some go on to team coaching. Some move their leaders into individual programmes. Some simply take the insight from the session and apply it themselves. All of those outcomes are valuable. There's no wrong answer here.
How Does It Start?
Most people aren't sure whether they need 1-to-1 coaching, team coaching or a workshop when they first get in touch. That's completely normal. The right starting point usually becomes clear quickly once we've had a conversation about what's actually going on.
