This is a practical, coaching and workshop-led team development journey tailored to your context.

The programme typically includes:

  • A full team needs analysis, a 1 year strategy and development of goals alignment.

  • CliftonStrengths® and Belbin® assessments.

  • Facilitated team workshops and/or group coaching.

  • Monthly progress reviews and custom action planning.

  • Optional 1-to-1 coaching for key team members or leaders.

Structure, Support & Recogition
