My background spans 30 years across sectors including law, consultancy, IT, transport, education, and manufacturing. I understand how real businesses work and what real leadership takes.

A Personal Note
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking in the Lake District with my children.
I also love cooking dishes from around the world or enjoying a good murder mystery weekend , especially international crime dramas.
