What You'll Work Through

The programme is built around 15 coaching modules that cover the full leadership journey. But this isn't a fixed curriculum that every client works through in the same order at the same pace. It's tailored to you - your level, your gaps, your priorities.

A senior leader managing strategic complexity, leading through technological disruption or making high-stakes decisions in an unpredictable environment will need something very different from a leader who is new to the role and building their foundations for the first time. The modules are the toolkit. How we use them depends entirely on what you need.

How It Works

The programme runs over a recommended 9 to 12 months. That's not an arbitrary timeframe - it's how long real behavioural change takes to embed. If your circumstances call for a faster pace, the programme can be structured to accommodate that.

It runs in two parts.

Part 1 — Leadership Strategy Development Session

Before we begin, you'll complete the CliftonStrengths® for Leaders assessment. In our first session, we use those results, alongside your goals, values, current challenges and what success genuinely looks like for you, to build a personalised, one-page Leadership Development Plan.

Using the R.A.I.S.E. methodology - a structured framework for defining clear leadership outcomes - we map a clear path through the programme. You'll leave that session with a precise direction and a plan built entirely around you.

Part 2 — Monthly Coaching and Development

Each month we work together in focused coaching sessions. You choose the format that works best for you - one three-hour session or two sessions of ninety minutes each.

Before each session you'll engage with the relevant programme material - reading and reflection designed to make the coaching conversation sharper and more directly applicable to what you're dealing with right now. In the session itself, we review the previous month, set goals for the next, work through the relevant module and identify the actions that will move you forward. Every session ends with clarity and a clear next step.
