34 years of commercial experience across multiple sectors, and over 15 years of developing leaders, first as a senior leader myself and then through my own accredited training and coaching practice. When we talk about leadership pressure, strategic decisions or commercial complexity, I'm not drawing on frameworks or theory. I'm drawing on situations I've been in, decisions I've made and the pattern recognition that only comes from having done it yourself.

I made mistakes. I figured things out the hard way. And I spent years reflecting on what worked, what didn't and what I'd do differently, long before I ever called myself a coach.
That experience never left me. Over 34 years in business - as a senior leader, having built and run two businesses over 14 years and now serving as a practicing NED - I developed one consistent belief: that the right support, at the right moment, changes everything. That belief shapes everything about how I work.
I'm transparent with every client about my own journey, the decisions I got wrong, the lessons I learned and the thinking behind how I approach things now. That transparency is deliberate. Trust is built on honesty, not a polished version of events.
I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Chartered Manager (CMI), and a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership.
Over 20 years I've supported more than 5,500 professionals across coaching, leadership development and training, from emerging leaders to senior executives, founders and board-level conversations.
I've worked with organisations including Barclays and L'Oréal, alongside professionals from global law firms, financial institutions and a wide range of founder-led and high-growth SMEs across multiple sectors and countries.
