Step 1: The assessment

As your Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I’ll ask you to fill in a questionnaire so I can understand more about you and connect you with the CliftonStrengths online assessment which takes 30-45 minutes to complete. 

After completing the CliftonStrengths assessment you’ll receive 5 reports which will discuss your strengths and themes of talent. 

Step 2: The debrief.

Once your reports are in, I will discuss your personalised assessment results and partner with you to design an action plan to help you unlock your innate potential, move to the next level personally and professionally and further develop your strengths.
